TRPW is not responsible for the rare "fogging" effect that happens to multi pane windows with bad seals. Water Intrusion Remediation: During cleaning, it is possible that some water intrusion may occur around your windows, doors, foundations, and even siding. While this is rare, worn window and door seals, or even cracks can cause this. While we make every effort to prevent this from happening, TRPW is not responsible for damage caused by water intrusion. You are responsible to notify TRPW of any known damaged seals, broken windowpanes, or evidence of water intrusion. Artillery Fungus: Removal of Artillery Fungus is not included in this proposal. Improper mulching causes this fungus. Gutter Oxidation: Soft Washing of the exterior of your home will brighten metals (Gutters, Fascia, Soffit). However, gutter oxidation is not removed with a general house wash and is an additional fee. Vinyl Siding Oxidation Removal: Homeowner understands that any blemish or flaw or any existing oxidation will be more noticeable after cleaning. Vinyl sided homes that have not been maintained or have direct sun exposure will be susceptible to oxidation. Signs of oxidation include chalky white powder on siding and the clear luster removed. If your home suffers from oxidation, you may see this difference after a cleaning. When a home is covered with debris, those blemishes may not stand out as much as it would after it has been cleaned. Question

Do I need to be home during services, and how do I prepare for my appointment?

Absolutely not! While we would love to have a chance to meet you, we understand that other obligations are a must. Our technicians are highly trained to complete the job and our customers are informed on appointment necessities. Two Rivers Pressure Washing ensures that our customers are well prepared for their appointments on the “What to Expect” section of the Estimate Sheet. This will discuss topics such as checking that the outside water source for the home is turned on- typically homeowners winterize during colder seasons and it can often be forgotten. GFI’s or outdoor receptacles should be covered and all electronics near the home unplugged and removed from the vicinity. Vehicles close to the home, such as in the driveway, are asked to be moved due to hard water or solution spots. Screens do not have to be removed. Dogs should be kept indoors during our site visits.

Question

Are the cleaning solutions safe for my plants and pets?

Two Rivers Pressure Washing takes every effort to protect vegetation and foliage on your property. All of our cleaning solutions are eco-friendly and bio-degradable that break down almost immediately when in contact with organic substances. However, for added protection, we apply a solution neutralizer or plant wash prior to cleaning. We do ask that pets refrain from the area during cleaning (for our safety and theirs) and that their food and water bowls be removed but may return again right after completion.

Question

What are my payment options?

After service completion, you will receive an invoice. Payment is due upon receipt. Two Rivers Pressure Washing accepts payments in the form of cash, check, and card. You will have an option to pay through the invoice with a card. Two Rivers Pressure Washing does not process card payments over the phone.
